If you no longer need or can use the ordered service for whatever reason, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of our agreed time. If you cancel within 24 hours before the start of your agreed time, we will charge 50% of the rate. This excludes the incurred costs of the production. Please read our  terms and conditions  for more information.

PYRAFILMS does everything it can to keep its customers happy. If you are not satisfied with the end result or want to adjust something, you can always indicate this by email or whatsapp. We will ensure that the end product is to your taste! Sadly we cannot make refunds for services we provided to you.

Quality costs money unfortunately, we do everything we can to get our production as cheap as possible. However we still have to pay for our equipment. In some situations we can make a discount or we ask for something else in return.
